Blueprint operates the Blueprint Math Fellows Program. The Math Fellows Program is an intensive, daily, in-school tutoring program that provides additional academic support for students in our partner schools. We seek to build students’ math skills and confidence so that they achieve academic success and enjoy learning math! Our programs are designed to fit the needs of each school; while many schools opt for our in-person small-group core model, others choose a hybrid or remote program model.
The foundation of the Math Fellows Program stems from our framework of five strategies that recent research has identified as the biggest drivers of student achievement in high-performing schools.
Blueprint also uses the framework in areas outside the Math Fellows Program. We work in partnership with district and school leaders to plan, implement, and monitor whole school improvement initiatives. We believe that sustaining and scaling school improvement requires investment and capacity-building at the district and school level. Thus, our partnerships are designed to leverage what schools and districts are doing well and then build systems and share knowledge so that our framework can be implemented consistently and with high quality at each partner school beyond the scope of our involvement.
